Introduction to Massage

This course is an opportunity to learn massage to give to family and friends, learning different techniques, preparation and benefits of massage. An attendance certificate is presented at the end of the day.

1 DAY COURSE

• The history of massage
• Benefits of massage
• Different types of oils/creams
• How to give a Back, Neck & Shoulder massage

You will give and receive a massage, with guidance from one of our qualified therapists.

Handout and step by step instruction

2 DAY COURSE

• As above plus how to give a Full Body Massage -
  feet, legs, hands, arms, stomach and chest
